Lisya Bahar Manoah is Managing Partner at Arieli Group, an investment firm that partners in building the next generation of technologies with investments in deep tech and GenAI across industries such as cybersecurity and defense, healthcare, agritech, fintech, and energy.
She also serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at Elron Ventures [TASE: ELRN] and is a Board Member of Rafael Development Corporation. Lisya has over 15 years of investment and management expertise in private equity and venture capital, particularly in raising capital, executing M&A transactions, and managing post-merger integrations. Lisya’s dedication to leadership and proven fundraising track record have earned her international recognition.
With extensive experience managing VC funds, Lisya has invested in companies ranging from early-stage startups to Nasdaq-listed firms across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Arieli Group, Lisya was a General Partner at Catalyst Funds where she was responsible for $450 million AUM and served on the boards of several portfolio companies, with a focus on deep tech. Previously, she has held various managerial positions at leading global corporations, including Keter Group (acquired for $1.73bn by BC Partners), ADAMA, and Magna Steyr (Nasdaq: MGA). In addition to her industry roles, Lisya is a lecturer at Tel Aviv University. She holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, an M.Sc. in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from Vienna University of Technology, and has completed an Executive Education program for risk management at Harvard Business School.
