Prior she was a Managing Director at Avalere Health. In this role, Choe focused on a broad range of healthcare issues, with an emphasis on policies that aim to accelerate access to new treatments and to elevate the patient voice across the care continuum. At Avalere, she also oversaw the firm’s content strategy, which involved leading new content development, identifying emerging trends and topics, and building consensus around research initiatives.

Prior to Avalere, Choe spent a decade in the financial services industry, most recently as a Vice President at BNY Mellon Investment Management. At BNY Mellon, Choe was the lead healthcare analyst for a small-cap growth fund, for which she researched pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies to identify investment opportunities.

Choe received a BA from Mount Holyoke College and is a candidate for a Master of Public Health from the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University.

She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder.
