A good manager focuses on managing assignments. An excellent manager focuses on managing people and processes and maximizing their value. A good manager plans for the short term. An excellent manager devises work plans that are flexible and easily implementable in the long term. A good manager contends with crises. An excellent manager knows how to turn them into opportunities.

Target Group:
Managers from all areas who are interested in developing and empowering themselves, in preparing to meet the challenges of the future, and in acquiring the practical tools and advanced managerial skills to improved their performance; managers about to enter a new managerial position.
